Cactus LLC acts as an authorized reseller and support provider for software products including Archicad, D5 Render, and other architectural tools. All purchases are subject to the license terms of their respective software

developers.

3. Payments

Payments can be made online through our secure payment partners (e.g., UNIpay). Prices are displayed in GEL unless stated otherwise. Upon payment confirmation, the customer will receive an invoice and license information via email.

4. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are available only in cases of technical error or double payment. Software licenses are digital goods and cannot be returned once activated.
For any refund request, please contact us at support@cactus.ge within 7 business days of purchase.

5. Liability

Cactus LLC is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or other damages resulting from software use. Customers are responsible for ensuring system compatibility before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, texts, and content on this website are the property of Cactus LLC or respective software vendors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
